Product temperature is higher than desired
Possible Reason: Store conditions are warmer and more humid than climate class 3 (+25 degrees and 60% humidity)
Solution: Check in-store air conditioning is operating correctly. Close any doors that may be allowing hot air to access from outside.
Possible Reason: Refrigeration system is not running, or is not operating at appropriate settings or conditions
Solution: Check that the compressor is running (humming noise) and if unit is running and other possible reasons are eliminated please contact your service technician.
Possible Reason: Insufficient or no air flow from the honeycomb at the top of the air curtain
Solution: Carry out visual check to see if evaporator coil is frosted. Check cabinet defrost settings in accordance with manufacturers guidelines
Possible Reason: Case shelf arrangement has been deviated significantly from the original, specified setup
Solution: Re-align the shelves in accordance with the spacing contained in the Cabinet Operations Manual
Possible Reason: Air return grill is blocked by merchandise or debris.
Solution: Remove merchandise / clean debris from the air return grill so there is no restriction to airflow.
Possible Reason: None of the above
Solution: Please contact your service technician.
Product temperature is too low / Products are frozen
Possible Reason: Store conditions are too cold compared to Climate Class 3 (25 degrees and 60% humidity)
Solution: Check store climate control and adjust accordingly. If store conditions cannot be improved please contact your service technician to adjust set points and defrost settings accordingly.
Compressor is not running
Possible Reason: The power supply cable is disconnected, or a fuse/breaker has tripped.
Solution: Check all power supply elements, reconnect/re-set accordingly
Cabinet exterior is “sweating”
Possible Reason: Store humidity is high
Solution: Check store air conditioning settings. Close any external doors that may be allowing hot/humid air into the store
Possible Reason: Insufficient ventilation
Solution: Check that the cabinet has suitable ventilation – 100mm to the rear and suitable space above the cabinet for heat to escape.
Possible Reason: Cabinet set too cold
Solution: Check cabinet settings against manufacturers guidelines.
LED lights not working
Possible Reason: No power supply
Solution: Check power supply is on and the light switch is in the “on” position
Possible Reason: Light cable connection is loose
Solution: Call service technician to check light connections and rectify
Possible reason: LED lamp or driver has failed
Solution: Contact service technician to carry out diagnostic and repair accordingly
Water spill on the floor
Possible Reason: The water evaporation tray is full or has a leak
Solution: Carry out visual check of tray, if it is not full then contact your service technician.
Possible Reason: Store humidity / temperature is higher than 25 degrees and 60% humidity
Solution: Adjust store air conditioning accordingly. Close any exterior doors that may be allowing warm/humid air to interfere with the cabinet.
Increased noise from the cabinet
Possible Reason: The condenser coil is dirty/blocked
Solution: Carry out visual inspection and clean accordingly, using guidelines from the user manual
Possible Reason: The evaporator is blocked with ice
Solution: Carry out visual inspection of evaporator, if ice is forming then contact your service technician for support
Possible Reason: The compressor has malfunctioned
Solution: Contact your service technician for support
The compressor is constantly running
Possible Reason: The condenser coil is dirty or blocked
Solution: Carry out visual inspection and clean accordingly, using guidelines from the user manual
Possible Reason: The cabinet has a leak and is low on refrigerant
Solution: Contact your technician
Possible Reason: The controller settings have been changed from the manufacturers guidelines, or the controller/probe has been damaged
Solution: Contact your technician
Possible Reason: The evaporator is blocked with ice
Solution: Carry out visual inspection of evaporator, if ice is forming then contact your service technician for support
