Merchandising
Merchandise should always be loaded in a pre-cooled state that complies with the relevant legislation.
Merchandise should be held within suitable packaging to protect the product and to limit any potential contamination.
When merchandising this display ensure goods are positioned neatly and in a uniform way, this will ensure sufficient movement of air around the cabinet.
Do not block any grills or vents (such as the air return grill in front of the base shelf) as this will significantly reduce the performance of the cabinet and may lead to a failure.
In the interests of safety, heavy items should always be placed lower down in the cabinet.
Observe all loading capacity limitations at all times, Never fill past load level lines or on any section of the cabinet that is not designated as a shelf.
Night Blind Operation
Use night blinds and turn the lights off especially during closed hours to avoid unnecessary energy consumption.
Close night blinds very slowly to avoid failure.
Night blind return is automatic and with slow-rise mechanism.
To retract, pull the night blind handle down slightly to release and let go.
Visual Checks
You should carry out regular visual inspections of the item to ensure that it continues to operate in the way in which it is intended.
Check all seals, lights, fans and electrical components for signs of wear, tear or damage. Should you notice any of the above points then contact a qualified engineer immediately.
You should also carry out a regular visual check of the condenser to ensure that it is not being blocked by dust and debris.
